Leaders Team

Biblical leadership is not about control and nor is it a "one man band." Leadership is about a team who equips and empowers people to be and fulfill the missional task. At Sublime we do not employ or rely on full-time clergy. We do not make distinctions between full-time and nonfull-time ministers, we believe we are all ministers (1 Peter 2).

Sublime does have a Leadership Team which gives guidance, equipping and empowerment. This leadership team is held accountable by a board of reference.

				Brad Fitzgerald Brad is married to Kristy and Dad to Nehemiah and Reuben. Brad likes to see the Church on mission. Brad is an Endorsed Minister of Crosslink Christian Network. Brad currently works as a Practice Manager of a suburban Law Firm and is completing a Bachelor of Theology.
				Kristy Fitzgerald Kristy is married to Brad and Mum to Nehemiah and Reuben. Kristy loves being a Mum and seeing the Kingdom of God advance in family life. Kristy is a qualified Social Worker (BSocWk) and works part-time at the Mater Hospital.
